All you need is a frame,fall garland and some pine cones...pretty easy.
Going to print this and frame it.

YES! I am SO READY!! It's my favorite season and that photo with all the Autumn words on it makes me nostalgic... I want to frame it too!! And those THANKS jars are incredible- they would make a perfect DIY project for me to do!!
