Weight Loss Challenge Week 2

Weight Loss Challenge

Today is the first weight in and this girl didn't do so well:(
It didn't help that I went to the beach. My kids were on Spring Break so we went on a much needed VACATION.
I did get some exercise in before we left and watched what I ate,but it was really hard the next few days.
I gained about 4lbs....OH NO!!!!! I'm so disappointed at myself.So this week I'm going to really work extra hard.
I promise you I will have better news next week!!!!!!

At least you enjoyed your vacation to the fullest! You can always lose weight but vacations are hard to come by! you have a cute blog...im following :)

Don't worry about it!! It was Spring Break, you will be back on track next week! I am on spring break this coming week so we will see how it goes! It's hard when you are on vacation!

It's always so hard on vacation to stay on track or when my husband is home during the weekends- he loves food!
