The Jiggle Challenge...week 8

Weight Loss Challenge

This is the last week...but for me it's going to be something I will keep doing until I get to my goal weight.

I'm so glad I did this challenge cause it has helped me alot and all of the comments from all of you ladies helped me too. So thanks for keeping me motivated!!!!

I lost a total of 5.16% weigh loss.
Yay for me!!!!!

Weight Loss Challenge

I lost one pound this week....bummer!!!! I so wanted more.
0.67% weight loss.

I have alot of activities this past week and wasn't able to do much exercising. I'm going to do better this upcoming week.

Can't wait to hear all of the weight loss stories!!!

The Jiggle Challenge...week 4

Weight Loss Challenge

I'm on a great roll!!!!!!
I lost another 2lbs,which is a 1.7% weight loss.....GO ME!!!!!

I feel so good and the hubby likes it too....wink wink:)
I'm well on my way to my goal weight.

I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes
Drank LOTS of water
I ate smaller portions of food
I'm going to start doing the air bike this week.

I did so great this week and I feel so GOOD!!!!!
I had a 1.68 weight loss:)

I worked really hard this week...
I walked on the treadmill and watched what I ate.
And drank lots of water!!!!!!

Weight Loss Challenge Week 2

Weight Loss Challenge

Today is the first weight in and this girl didn't do so well:(
It didn't help that I went to the beach. My kids were on Spring Break so we went on a much needed VACATION.
I did get some exercise in before we left and watched what I ate,but it was really hard the next few days.
I gained about 4lbs....OH NO!!!!! I'm so disappointed at myself.So this week I'm going to really work extra hard.
I promise you I will have better news next week!!!!!!

Weight Loss Challenge

Weight Loss Challenge

This is something I need to do....and I'm going to JUST DO IT:)
I'm not really happy about my weight and I want to change that.I have always been around 130-135,but now I'm 150 and would LOVE to fit back into my old clothes that are collecting dust.

So http://mrandmrssmith920.blogspot.com/ and http://jrmcphillips.blogspot.com/ are doing a weight lose challenge!!!! And I'm ready for the challenge ladies:)

My goal is to weight 135...I can do this!!!!
15lbs to lose

My fitness plan

  Walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and try to walk at my local park too.
And start back doing 30 day shred with JM....she is one tough cookie.

My eating plan
I need to track my calories...I have a myfitnesspal account,so this will help alot!!!!
Drink more water and eat more fruit.

And I Iove the idea of receiving encouraging words from all you ladies.
So I'm ready to get in shape and look hot again:)
